Funds are administered directly by the federal government, they do not flow through the State. The funds for health IT were released as a pre-award list of non-localized projects broken down as: $61.7 million for EHR development and deployment; $2.5 million for personal health record development; almost $16.7 million for telehealth and network infrastructure; and just over $4.1 million for project management, transparency and administration.
