ARRA funding to eliminate or reduce fees for guaranteed loans to assist for-profit small businesses that are unable to access private credit markets, but are able to show the ability to repay loan if granted. Permitted uses: to construct, expand or convert facilities, to purchase building materials or equipment, for working capital. TYPES of 7(a) loans include: regular; Low Documentation Loan Program; SBA Express Program; Cap Line Program; PLP, and International Trade.
